Fidelis is excited to announce that Makaela Richert joins the team as HR Coordinator.
In this role, she will ensure that Fidelis runs smoothly and efficiently. Her expertise in billing, payroll, onboarding and many other HR related operations will be invaluable as we expand and we're thrilled to have her on our growing team.

Makaela Richert is the Human Resource Coordinator at Fidelis. She is responsible for a variety of HR support functions to include Billing, Payroll, On- Boarding and Off- Boarding, and the Implementation of HR Processes and Procedures.
Makaela comes from extensive background in Human Resources. In her previous role as a, Human Resource Specialist in the United States Army, she ensured the readiness, health and welfare of all soldiers in her battalion. As a result of this background, she brings valuable perspective when it comes to handling the ins and outs of our office and carries a high level of competence into her work.
Residing in Wyandotte, MI, Makaela enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, visiting her family in California, and reading a good book.
